Cecil "C" Harris

Cecil was a core part of the Alumni Association, and his efforts are sorely missed. The torch was passed to Cadet Harris in 2008 after ten years of stewardship and hard work by Cadet Rich Abrams. Now the torch is passed to the next Cadet.
